PROJECT: Half Moon Street, Cork City
CLIENT: O’Callaghan Properties

Service: CSR was retained by O’Callaghan Properties to develop and prepare an Environmental Impact statement, provide general planning advice and a Visual Impact Statement on the development of a Cork city centre site on Half Moon Street 33.

The proposal involved the construction of a four storey over basement development. The 3,300 square metre site includes retail space at basement, ground, first and second floors with office space included on the third floor and rooftop plant and storage areas.

Our approach in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement was to retain all necessary expert opinions to address any potential impacts and also address these impacts through appropriate design and mitigation measures.
