CSR was requested by Ted and Henry Crowley to coordinate and develop a Judicial Review of a proposed grid enhancement in West Dublin.

We reviewed a consent for a proposed development and identified legal issues with respect to the proposal and the approval process.

We collaborated with senior counsel and solicitors to engage, brief and prepare Affidavits to be submitted in proceedings to the High Court, where the proposal was accepted for a full hearing, with resolution of the case after a number of days at the High Court.
