One Albert Quay, Cork

Project Details

CSR provided EIS, planning law, planning and visual impact advice for the demolition and redevelopment of city centre warehouse location to provide for a 240,000 sq ft  of development that has gone onto become world HQ for Tyco and the Cork office of ARUP, Investec and  PWC.  The development also provides space for Starbucks and was recently purchased by Green REIT. Our approach in the preparation of the EIS was to retain all necessary expert opinion to address the impacts that this development was likely to have and to ensure that impacts were addressed through appropriate design and mitigation measures. The proposal required significant consultation and legal discussion with adjoining neighbours.
