OVERVIEW

CSR was appointed to secure planning permission for a high-quality office development located in the heart of Cork’s central business district on South Mall. Designed by Henry J Lyons Architects, the scheme comprises approximately 70,000 sq ft of modern office accommodation and represents a key contribution to the ongoing regeneration of Cork City centre.

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, CSR delivered a comprehensive planning service from project inception through to permission. This included the preparation and coordination of planning reports, waste management planning and overall planning strategy, ensuring a robust and well-integrated submission that supported the successful delivery of the development.
