CSR was retained to obtain planning permission for a new office development in the centre of Cork’s business district, South Mall.

The development allows for the construction of a high quality office proposal for 70,000 square feet of development. The project, with architecture by Henry J Lyons, will add to the regeneration of Cork City.

CSR, as part of a Project Team, offered a complete planning service with specialist inputs, including waste planning, planning reports and planning coordination.
