CSR was retained by KRM Construction Partnership to prepare a planning document, an Environmental Impact Study, Visual Impact Advice and an Appeal / Oral Hearing for a development of mixed use at Stephens Street, Alexander Street, Michael Street, New Street and the former WIT New Street campus.

The site was characterised by a number of needs and uses such as residential properties, cleaners, retail outlets and services.
