OVERVIEW

CSR were appointed by Bord na gCon to support the redevelopment of the former Market’s Field Greyhound Stadium through its replacement with a new, state-of-the-art facility known as Greenpark Stadium. The project also incorporates the development of Bord na gCon’s headquarters, along with hospitality amenities including four bars and a restaurant, creating a modern destination venue.

‍SERVICE PROVIDED

CSR provided comprehensive planning consultancy services, including the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), a Visual Impact Statement, and ongoing strategic planning advice. In delivering the EIS, CSR coordinated a team of specialist consultants to assess the full range of environmental impacts associated with the development. These expert inputs informed the design process, ensuring that potential impacts were appropriately addressed and mitigated through thoughtful design solutions and robust mitigation measures.
