CSR acted as Landscape Architect and Arborist for the Maolchnoc Residential Development on Ballymoneen Road in Galway, a 238-unit scheme progressed through the Strategic Housing Development process. The project focuses on delivering a high-quality residential environment that integrates landscape, amenity and existing natural features as part of a cohesive masterplan.

SERVICE PROVIDED

CSR provided landscape design and arboricultural services from planning through to construction, ensuring the protection and integration of existing trees alongside new planting and open space provision. They continue to support the project during its phased delivery with O’Malley Construction Company, helping to realise a well-structured, attractive, sustainable living environment.
