SERVICE PROVIDED

CSR were appointed as part of a client-led project team to provide strategic planning advice and specialist planning reports to support the change of use of an existing office and retail showroom building to a private medical clinic. CSR advised on planning strategy and application content for a comprehensive healthcare facility comprising a 102-bed inpatient clinic, a six-bed intensive care unit, a 15-bed day unit, treatment and imaging suites, four operating theatres, recovery areas and associated staff facilities.
