OVERVIEW

CSR were  appointed as part of a multidisciplinary project team to support the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Metropole Hotel in Cork. The objective of the commission was to secure a 10-year full planning permission for a comprehensive enhancement of the historic hotel, resulting in a high-quality development comprising a total of 411 bedrooms, designed by Reddy Architecture.

CSR delivered a complete planning service, providing specialist planning inputs to support the application process. Working closely with the wider project team, CSR led the planning strategy and coordination to progress the scheme through the planning system.
