Project Details

CSR provided EIS, planning law, planning and visual impact advice for the demolition and redevelopment of city centre warehouse location to provide for a 300,000 sq ft  of development.  Our approach in the preparation of the EIS was to retain all necessary expert opinion to address the impacts that this development was likely to have and to ensure that impacts were addressed through appropriate design and mitigation measures. CSR’s brief also includes the preparation of a First Party Appeal and a response to Third Party Planning Appeals.
