OVERVIEW

CSR were appointed to provide Environmental Impact Assessment and strategic planning consultancy services for the demolition and redevelopment of a city centre warehouse site. The proposed redevelopment delivers approximately 300,000 sq ft of new development, representing a significant urban regeneration project in a sensitive city centre location.

SERVICE PROVIDED

CSR delivered a comprehensive suite of services, including the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), planning strategy, planning law advice and visual impact assessment. In preparing the EIS, CSR assembled and coordinated a team of specialist consultants to identify, assess and address the potential environmental impacts of the development, ensuring these were mitigated through appropriate design responses and mitigation measures. CSR’s commission also included the preparation of a First Party Appeal and detailed responses to Third Party planning appeals.
