Project Details

CSR provided planning and visual impact advice for the demolition and redevelopment of city centre area comprising 20,000sq.m retail space and 100 residential units.  CSR responsible for the EIS preparation and Co-ordination/submission of planning application and Retail Impact Assessment. Our approach in the preparation of the EIS was to retain all necessary expert opinion to address the impacts that this development was likely to have and to ensure that impacts were addressed through appropriate design and mitigation measures.
