OVERVIEW

CSR was appointed as part of a client-led project team to support the delivery of a new Primary Healthcare Facility in Carrigaline, County Cork. The development comprises a three-storey building with a partial fourth storey, providing a modern, integrated healthcare hub designed to serve the needs of the local community.

SERVICE PROVIDED

SR delivered a full planning service, including specialist planning inputs and the preparation of supporting reports to facilitate the construction of the facility. The ground floor accommodates general practice surgeries, a retail pharmacy, meeting rooms and Health Service Executive (HSE) facilities, while the upper floors provide HSE offices and a range of clinical and support services, including dental and paediatric suites, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, administration and clinical rooms. The facility was successfully completed and opened in August 2017.
