CSR prepared the planning application for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Curragh Racecourse to include a new grandstand and entrance area. We were involved from the concept design stage, advising on planning constraints and considerations, through to determination. We engaged with the various stakeholders including the local authority, TII and the public. We also oversaw the preparation of the EIA and NIS. We are engaged on an ongoing basis advising on discharge of planning conditions and potential modifications to the scheme.
