About

Eamonn has over 25 years post qualification experience advising both public and private sector clients in Ireland and the UK on a highly diverse range of projects.  This work includes masterplanning and planning schemes, planning applications and appeals as well as development strategies and regeneration strategies. He is experienced in delivering results for developers, local authorities, statutory agencies, government departments, public bodies and community groups.

He is experienced in leading highly complex technical teams, reducing planning risk and delivering successful outcomes for complex sites often of national and international stature. He also specialises in planning policy formulation, advocacy, public consultation and community engagement. As well as formulating statutory development plans he frequently makes submissions at all stages of the statutory plan formulation process.

Eamonn maintains a current workload in Ireland and the UK and is a member of the Irish Planning Institute and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
