Cunnane Stratton Reynolds are delighted to see the Education Minister, Norma Foley, opening Stewarts Schools, Lucan, Co. Dublin on the 14 of September for students with mild to severe special education needs. We are proud to have been the landscape architects creating a stimulating environment, designing the play spaces and landscaped grounds, and providing arboricultural services.
CSR worked with a great design team on this important project: Department of Education, Stewarts School, Stewarts Care, KOBW Architects, Fearon O'Neill Rooney Consulting Engineers, Callaghan Engineers, and Kane Crowe Kavanagh Quantity Surveyors.

The Department of Housing has issued new Section 28 Guidelines requiring local authorities to update housing targets in line with the revised National Planning Framework, aiming for around 55,000–83,000 new homes annually to 2034. Local authorities will adjust Development Plans to meet these targets, with increased planning activity expected from September. CSR’s Planning team offers tailored advice to help clients navigate these changes and maximise development opportunities.
