Cunnane Stratton Reynolds (CSR Land Planning & Design) are delighted to have been appointed as the exclusive provider of Planning Consultancy Services to University College Cork under a four-year framework agreement.

The UCC Buildings and Estates Office manages the delivery of the University’s capital programme, which has involved investment in excess of €500 million over the past decade. UCC is now progressing an extensive capital development programme that will deliver a broad range of academic and support facilities, in addition to a significant expansion of its student accommodation provision.

Under this framework, the CSR Planning team will deliver a comprehensive suite of development planning advisory services, including strategic advice on land use planning and zoning, the preparation and management of planning applications, environmental assessment, site appraisals and policy submissions.

The team at CSR look forward to supporting UCC in the delivery of its strategic development objectives and contributing to the continued evolution of the University over the duration of the framework.
