CSR Secures Planning for Castletreasure Phase 3, Douglas, Cork

Cunnane Stratton Reynolds (CSR) is delighted to announce the successful planning approval for Phase 3 of the Castletreasure development for Cairn Homes. This milestone marks the next step in delivering a high-quality residential scheme that integrates sustainable landscape architecture with a strong emphasis on green and blue infrastructure.
Our landscape team worked closely with Cairn Homes to develop a design that enhances biodiversity, supports sustainable urban drainage (SuDS), and provides high-quality open spaces for future residents.
The project is set to commence on-site in Q2 2025, and we look forward to seeing our vision for this landscape take shape.
