CSR are delighted to have contributed to the recently completed nine-storey residential apartment development on Sandyford Road, Dublin 16, delivered for Hammerson. The landscape works form an integral part of the scheme, creating new and enhanced public realm spaces at ground level alongside high-quality roof gardens at first- and seventh-floor levels, designed to benefit residents while supporting urban biodiversity.

The project demonstrates a strong commitment to placemaking, sustainability and quality of living within a dense urban setting, helping to further enhance the evolving character of Dundrum. We would like to thank John Paul Construction, Reddy A+U, IN2, Lafferty, T.J. O’Connor and the wider project team for their collaboration and dedication, which made this a rewarding project and a successful addition to the urban environment.
